As of June 30, Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fiber had built 12 meltblown nonwovens production lines that went into operation, with a cumulative production and sales of more than 1,000 tons of high-quality meltblown nonwovens, providing raw materials for 1 billion medical masks. Since the pandemic prevention and control, in order to guarantee the supply of core materials for masks and stabilize the price of meltblown nonwovens, Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fiber has launched the first phase of 4,000 tons/year (8 production lines) on February 24 and the second phase of 2,000 tons/year (4 production lines) polypropylene meltblown nonwovens project construction on March 10. On March 29, Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fiber’s first 500-ton annual meltblown nonwovens production line was successfully put into production. On May 9, the 12th production line was successfully put into production, with a daily capacity of 18 tons.
