China Textile Engineering Society Ningbo New Fiber Fabric Engineering Technology R&D Center (hereinafter referred to as “Fabric R&D Center”) launch and project cooperation signing ceremony was recently held in Ningbo Zhishang International Garment Industrial Park. The Fabric R&D center is a subsidiary of Ningbo Textile and Garment Technology Innovation Research Institute of China Textile Engineering Society, which is jointly built and shared by the two units.

After the ceremony was launched, the Fabric R&D Center and nearly 20 textile and apparel units and enterprises participating in the promotion of plant dye technology and the dyeing and printing apparel industry chain, the “secondary development” of textile additives, fashion and healthy knitted fabrics, “One-day Project” and industry database and other project issues, in-depth discussion to determine the project cooperation mode and R&D direction led by the Fabric R&D Center.

The Fabric R&D Center is expected to work closely with enterprises to implement 10 - 15 key projects within three years, 1 - 2 city-level collaborative innovation centers, 60 intellectual property rights, 3 - 5 incubating technology companies, and 2 - 3 High-level scientific research and innovation team.
