2019 National Textile Industry “Jinlun Cup” Filament Weaving Professional Skills Competition successfully concluded

From December 11th to 13th, the 2019 National Textile Industry “Jinlun Cup” Filament Weaving Professional Skills Competition was held in Shengze Town, Jiangsu Province. Eighty-nine outstanding players selected by Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Hubei, and other major filament weaving regions throughout the country successfully concluded the competition after three days of intense theoretical examinations and operational competitions.
There are two events in this competition. The first is the weaver contest. The second is the warping competition. This competition is the third professional technical competition held by China Filament Weaving Association since its establishment. The highlight of this year’s competition is the addition of the warping profession. At the same time, in order to expand the participation and breadth of the enterprise, the competition will also divide the warping industry into batch warping and strip warping, and conduct the competition separately. This is also the most complete competition for warping profession assessment.
The closing ceremony was chaired by Sun Xiaoyin. At the closing ceremony, Liao Menghu, the chief referee of the competition and the vice chairman of the China Filament Weaving Association, commented on the competition technology. He hopes that by holding industry skill competitions, that can effectively test the true level of industry operation technology, summarize advanced technologies, find talents, find gaps, and push the industry’s vocational skills training and talent cultivation to a higher level. The results of the competition were announced and the recognition decision was read out at the meeting.
