China National Textile and Apparel Council “thousand talents conference” to discuss the development of the industry

In the spirit of streamlining the meeting, on December 5th, the sixth expansion conference of the fourth session of the executive committee of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, the 2019 China textile innovation conference, the 2019 national textile industry cluster review work summary conference, the eighth national textile industry management innovation promotion work conference were held in Beijing. Nearly a thousand people including leaders of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, members of the leadership team of various departments and member units, and representatives of the meeting attended the conference.
Gao Yanmin, director of the Consumer Goods Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, delivered a speech at the conference. He pointed out that in the past year, the textile industry has done a lot and made great achievements in creating brands, improving industrial efficiency, enhancing industry innovation capabilities, and promoting textile intelligent manufacturing. Since the beginning of this year, under the pressure of the economic downturn, the entire industry must continue to improve its innovation capabilities and optimize its industrial institutions under the guidance of new development concepts. In the end, Gao Yanmin said that it is a good way and innovation to hold several conferences together, and wish the conference a complete success.
At the conference, Sun Ruizhe, president of China National Textile and Apparel Council, gave a keynote speech on “Winning the Future Together and Writing a New Chapter of High-Quality Development of the Industry”. Sun Ruizhe has sorted out the achievements of the construction of a textile power in the past decade, but Sun Ruizhe also pointed out: “The prospects are bright and the road is not smooth. Facing the severe external environment and the pressure of real transformation, the industry development is in a difficult period. The next stage of the China National Textile and Apparel Council will also focus on the following four aspects: strengthening the vision and telling the true story of the textile industry; innovation and leadership, consolidating the basic capabilities of the textile industry; balancing internal and external markets, opening up the development space of the textile industry; intensification development, integrating the strong strength of the textile industry.
At the end of the report, Sun Ruizhe pointed out that the construction of a textile power is only in progress. Let us work together to promote the excellence of China’s textile industry. Let innovation-driven technology industries, culture-led fashion industries, and responsibility-oriented green industries become the new normal for China’s textile and apparel industry. “
At the conference, Sun Xiaoyin, deputy secretary of the China National Textile and Apparel Council Discipline Inspection Commission and director of the human resources department, informed the conference of the revision of the China National Textile and Apparel Council system and reported changes in the heads of the relevant units of the China National Textile and Apparel Council.
