At the beginning of the new year, Jilin Chemical Fiber Group products quality and production efficiency continue to improve, production business and marketing are both flourishing. In January, the volume of fiber sold reached 45,000 tons, the output value was 910 million yuan, and the sales income was 990 million yuan, year-on-year growth of 4 percent and 2 percent respectively, profits and taxes reduced year-on-year loss and gain of 64.52 million yuan, the plan to achieve good start of the new year.
The production of rayon is based on the large-scale and homogenization of the original cake, and continuously improves the quality and efficiency of the original cake. Semi-continuous spinning and continuous spinning of double A-grade rayon increased 0.8% and 11.75% respectively. Fine denier, special shape, high value-added products such as high value-added products for the company gain of 17.41 million yuan, product chain efficiency increased by more than 50%. Carbon fiber main product 25K raw rayon through 7 quality problems, the product quality is close to T700 level, realized from trial production to large-scale production, the user reflects well. It achieved 948 tons of gray rayon sales, in January, up 75% year-on-year. The carbon fiber rayon is continuously upgraded and speeded up, and the production process is gradually adjusted according to customer needs. In January, the sales volume reached nearly 100 tons.
