Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the "Evaluation Index System for Cleaner Production of Synthetic Fiber Manufacturing Industry (spandex)", "Evaluation Index System for Cleaner Production of Synthetic Fiber Manufacturing Industry (nylon 6)”, "Evaluation Index System for Cleaner Production of Synthetic Fiber Manufacturing Industry (polyester)”, "Evaluation Index System for Cleaner Production of Synthetic Fiber Manufacturing Industry (vinylon)", "Evaluation Index System for Cleaner Production of Synthetic Fiber Manufacturing Industry (recycled polyester)", "Evaluation Index System for Cleaner Production of Regenerated Cellulose Fiber Manufacturing Industry (viscose method)” and so on. It is understood that the evaluation index system for cleaner production of these six types of chemical fiber industries is compiled by representative enterprises in the industry organized by China Chemical Fiber Association, applicable to the cleaner production audit of the relevant enterprises, the judgment of the potential and opportunity of cleaner production, and the evaluation of cleaner production performance and the announcement system of cleaner production performance, also applicable to environmental impact assessment, pollution permit management, environmental protection leaders and other environmental management systems.
