In the 13th Asia Outdoor Trade Show on June 29th, 2018, the latest outdoor tendency and aggregation and release of new technological materials not only broke through the boundaries in an innovative way but also led the pan-outdoor economy. This was also another joint exhibition of Asian outdoor exhibition and Asian bicycle exhibition since the last one six years ago.
 
The recently released 2017 Investigation Report of China Outdoor Goods Market in the exhibition showed that overall outdoor market scale reached 50.42 billion yuan in 2017, where core outdoor market scale reached 19.03 billion yuan which increased by 3.2% compared with the last year, so the growth continued to slow down but was already about to touch the ground. In other words, the outdoor industry will live through the adjustment period and enter the next rising period. Therefore, this exhibition was exceptionally hot, areas of the two exhibitions totally reached 60,000 square meters, attracting numerous domestic and foreign outdoor brands, and number of brand participants reached 587.



As a major highlight in the exhibition, the boutique exhibition area themed by strategic activities of China “CHAIN” Made outdoor industrial supply chains (No. 5 hall, 5.5200) was quite crowded with passionate visitors. iwarm clothing solution brought by Suzhou Weiyi Textile Technology Co., Ltd. attracted numerous audiences, merchants and buyers as one of representatives of intelligent dressing and new technological materials. “With continuous upgrading of consumption concept and people’s pursuit of fashion trend, more and more people are troubled by thick and overstaffed wearing when doing outdoor activities or professional outdoor activities in winter, the garments are not only not good-looking but also show cumbersomeness and inflexibility. How can we keep warm while wearing less? Intelligent dressing has always been our thinking direction. The self-researched and developed carbon nanotube is the latest technological product promoted based on such a market demand and consumption concept”. In the exhibition, as an expert who had been occupied in carbon nanotube research for a long time, general manager of Suzhou Weiyi Textile Technology Co., Ltd. and senior fabric designer Zhou Juan introduced R&D and application of carbon nanotube as well as iwarm clothing solution.



It’s reported that as clothing heat insulation material, carbon nanotube has six major features: light (only 6g/m2), thin (5 micrometers), soft (can be curved by 100,000 times), uniform (uniform surface heating), efficient (99% thermal inversion) and robust (6-14μm far UR). Then compared with existing graphene, energy-storing phase-change material, carbon fiber, metal, oxide and other heat insulation materials in the market, what core advantages does carbon nanotube has?
 
“As the softest electric heat treatment solution, iwarm is built with blue tooth, G-sensor and precision sensor with low power consumption, which can accurately and intelligently control the temperature within 38 - 53℃, and moreover, it has constant-temperature frequency converting control and supports stripping stopping work with sheer sense of intelligence”. Zhou Juan introduced that now the company had upgraded this product for three times, and the present product featured stabler performance, simpler operation and more intelligent and safe dressing”. “Now this product has exceeded 90% electric energy conversion efficiency, it can realize 10s heating and uniform heating, and meanwhile, it is compatible with standard power bank, to which many products are incomparable. Even though preserving 38℃ under 0℃environment, it can be still realize continuation for 5.5h. Importantly, it can resist machine washing for over 30 times”.

In recent years, “intelligent dressing” can be said as the most vigorous and attractive product in the consumer market, but for products labeled with “intelligent dressing”, their prices are not that “beautiful”. However, what kind of product can be really “intelligent dressing” on earth?
