Dongjie high-precision rings: A preferred alternative to the imported ones

rings and rollers.
Dongjie high-precision rings are made from special
bearing steel with extremely stable heat treatment performance
and minimal deformation; using an imported special
equipment for once shaping to ensure high precision
and good consistency of ring manufacturing, reducing
the spindle differences; the surface is processed through
Nano finishing technology, with surface roughness Ra
< 0.2μm, making the friction coefficient very small and
the yarn quality improved; the use of high-tech plating
technology on the surface guarantees a uniform coating
with the thickness above 8μm and the surface hardness
of no less than 1050HV0.2, and its stable service life is
5 times longer than the ordinary chromium plating rings;
especially suitable for the high-count and superhighcount
yarn requirements in compact spinning, making it
a preferred alternative to the imported rings.
The draft bottom roller for cotton spinning frame is
made from No. 45 special high-quality carbon structural
steel and through advanced unique processing technology.
The working face is herringbone oblique teeth groove
and rhombus hatching knurling, and the high-frequency
heat treatment, hard chrome plating and special polishing
will generate a smooth surface of high precision,
abrasion resistance, and long service life. In addition, the
smooth running, very smal bending deformation, stable
catching can ensure effective control of fibers and minimize
the harmful roller mechanical waves in spinning of
high-count yarn, significantly improving the yarn quality
and reducing apron loss.
