epoch-making equipment, including three products to be exhibited
for the first time.
HTBW-01 cheese intelligent packaging logistics system
- Debut at the show
This system enjoys original creation globally, solving
the problem in unmanned packaging of woven fabrics. The
system allows the whole process without any direct manual
participation, and it can also be compatible with carton packaging
and manual bagging.
HR-01 intelligent transfer robot - Global initial launch
At present, the intelligent spinning process of spinning
enterprises can hardly be achieved because of the discontinuity
between the current logistics; however, the the advent of
HICORP intelligent transfer robot will make it a reality to intelligentize
the whole plant.
HCP910 high-speed intelligent air-jet loom - Global initial launch
The HCP910 air-jet loom, which cost Chinese and foreign experts
from all over the world 10 years for a successful development, represents
the most advanced level in the world. The shedding performance
surpasses the positive cam and electronic dobby. Each shedding uses
the servo motor direct drive, and the shedding characteristics and fabric
colors can be set freely on the computer, meeting the customers’ demands
to the maximum.
CMT1800 roving-ring link intelligent roving frame system
As the roving-ring link system that holds the largest inventory
globally, it has provided more than 100 well-known enterprises in the
world with a total of 6 million spindles, leading the trend of external
doffing of roving frame in the world. The CMT1800 roving-ring link
intelligent roving frame system to be demonstrated in the show will
continue to lead the industry trend. The roll size of the roving frame is
500mm × 152mm, the largest in China, and the maximum spindle can
reach more than 380 spindles, the longest in the world.
