2021 China Textile Intelligence and Innovation (Shanghai) Forum Held

On June 11th, 2021, under the guidance of China National Textile And Apparel Council, the 2021 China Textile Intelligence and Innovation Forum jointly hosted by China Textile Magazine and China Hi-tech Group Corporation held in Shanghai.
The theme of this event is " Textile with intelligent manufacturing Leading the Future". 2021 is the first year of the "14th Five-Year Plan". Facing the "unprecedented changes in a hundred years", China's economic development is bound to face more complex and severe challenges during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. Under this background, the 2021 China Textile Intelligence and Innovation Forum" gathers leading figures such as leaders of industry associations and leading enterprises in the global textile industry chain to comprehensively and deeply discuss the focus and foothold of the development of China's textile industry during the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the innovation and sustainable development of "intelligent manufacturing" and "green manufacturing" in the textile industry.
More than 300 representatives from China National Textile And Apparel Council, associations, enterprises and media attended the meeting. The event was hosted by Gu Ping, president of China Textile Machinery Association.
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, how should China's textile industry take the initiative to innovate and develop? Gao Yong, secretary of the Party Committee and secretary general of China National Textile and Apparel Council, gave a keynote speech on the theme of "The High Quality Development Path of China's Textile Industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan".
He pointed out that by 2020, the main indicators of textile power have been basically achieved. According to the comparison and analysis made by Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2019 and 2020 from the perspectives of scale, innovation capability, economic benefit and industrial structure, the conclusion is that there are five industries in China that are at the advanced level in the world, and the leading one is textile industry.
China Hi-tech Group Corporation, as the only central enterprise with textile equipment as its core business in China, has become a large-scale central enterprise with the first comprehensive strength of textile machinery business in China, the largest business scale in the world and the leading complete equipment technology in the world after more than 20 years of development.
