Due to the improvement of loom work efficiency and the decrease of electricity consumption, the average profit of the 30 pilot textile enterprises in Lanxi increased by 12.3% from January to September.

Nowadays, the degree of intelligence of Lanxi’s textile machinery equipment has been significantly improved: the interconnection of automated cloth inspection equipment and looms has also significantly improved the product qualification rate. Once a fabric defect is found, it will upload the data to the cloud server for comparison and remind the staff to check and repair it on the corresponding loom. In addition, machine data sharing allows companies to efficiently purchase raw materials and order production, which greatly saves costs.
