Intertextile Shanghai (Autumn) reshapes the industry pattern

Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics kicked off a three-day, hybrid run on September 23, welcoming 3,500-plus exhibitors from 20 countries and regions.
This exhibition will comprehensively display formal wear fabrics, fashionable women’s clothing fabrics, casual wear fabrics, functional sportswear fabrics, shirt fabrics, underwear and swimwear fabrics, infants and children’s clothing fabrics, beyond denim fabrics, accessories and other scientific and technological achievements and fashionable new products. This year, the development concept of green and environmental protection was particularly prominent in the exhibition. Many companies have launched related products and said that environmental protection is a new trend. In addition, antibacterial series fabrics are welcomed in the market.
As the main force of the “internal circulation”, various industrial clusters such as Jiangsu Shengze, Pingwang Cluster, Zhejiang Shaoxing (including Yuecheng District and Xinchang), Jiaxing (including Wangjiangjing), Haining, Huzhou, Xiaoshan Cluster, Fujian Shishi, Changle Cluster, As well as the China Bast and Leaf Fibres Textile Association and other excellent companies, concentrated on participating in the exhibition, highlighting the power of industrial clusters.
In addition to country- and regionally focused pavilions and dedicated product zones, the exhibition allowed exhibitors who cannot attend the fair to physically showcase their products in a designated display area at the National Exhibition and Convention Center. At the same time, the virtual services not only broadcast live events, but also opened up virtual business matching activities. At present, it has attracted professional buyers from more than ten countries and regions, such as Singapore, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, Morocco, Bulgaria, Turkey, Sweden, and North Macedonia.
In addition, the Intertextile (Autumn) also attracted the attention of many overseas companies and buyers. At present, in the context of the continuous spread of the pandemic, trade barriers and rising supply chain risks, the international leading role of the Intertextile (Autumn) is even greater than before. Through the connection of domestic and international industrial chains, it will reshape the industrial pattern.
