On April 28, Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fiber’s eighth annual meltblown nonwovens production line with an annual output of 500 tons was successfully put into operation. So far, the Yizheng Chemical Fiber Phase I 4,000-ton/year meltblown nonwovens project was fully completed and put into production, with a daily production capacity of 12 tons and a cumulative production capacity of 132.5 tons of high-quality meltblown nonwovens, the product quality reached the KN95 mask standard, helping to increase the production of 132.5 million medical masks.

 

At present, Yizheng Chemical Fibre is fully promoting the construction of the second phase 2,000 ton/year meltblown nonwovens project, and the four production lines will be completed and put into operation in advance.
