The largest production line of viscose staple fiber in the world has been successfully started

On December 27, 2019, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully provided a Sateri (China) project with an annual output of 150,000 tons of viscose staple fiber production line. This production line is the world’s largest production line of viscose staple fiber launched after Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. provided Sateri (Indonesia) with an annual output of 125,000 tons of viscose staple fiber in December 2018.
As the “Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. business card”, four key equipment of viscose, such as press, huang hua machine, refiner, and dryer, are all equipped on this production line. Among them, the full-volume 45 cubic meter oval section huang hua machine and 4.4-meter wide new dryer and the 4.5-meter wide refiner with the new protective door, which are the first public appearances at the user factory.
The successful start-up of this production line indicates that the entire production line process has been completely opened, and the new equipment provided by Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. has entered the production verification stage.
Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. has been cooperating with Sateri Group since 2004, from the earliest production line of Sateri (Jiangxi) plant with a single line of 40,000 tons of viscose staple fiber production line to Sateri (Fujian) with an annual output of 60,000 tons Sateri (Jiujiang) has an annual output of 80,000 tons, Sateri (Indonesia) has an annual output of 125,000 tons, and Sateri (China) has an annual output of 150,000 tons. In these 15 years, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. has always kept up with the development of the industry, continuously increased technical innovation, and made breakthroughs in the research and development of large-capacity viscose production lines.
Today, the Sateri Group has become one of the global cellulose fiber industry leaders, with five viscose fiber manufacturing plants in China and one viscose fiber manufacturing plant in Indonesia. As the national team of the textile machinery industry, the large-capacity viscose staple fiber production line developed by Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. has also achieved a leap from “following” to “leading” domestic equipment. Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. has therefore become the world’s largest viscose equipment manufacturer. The viscose fiber production lines designed and manufactured have been equipped with more than 20 domestic viscose factories, and exported to many countries in Southeast Asia. It can be said that in China, as long as there is a viscose factory, there are viscose equipment provided by Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. The successful start-up of the world’s largest output viscose staple fiber production line provided a satisfactory answer to the 70th birthday of Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd.
