On December 18 - 20, the three-day 2019 23rd China (Hangzhou) International Textile and Apparel Supply Chain Expo (hereinafter referred to as: SCM) was staged in Hangzhou International Expo Center (the main venue of the G20 Summit). During the same period, the second Hangzhou Women’ Wear Conference and the 2019 Hangzhou Women’s Wear Chamber of Commerce Annual Conference were also held. It is understood that SCM is hosted by the Hangzhou Women’s Wear Chamber of Commerce. It aims to build an omni-channel, diversified and precise promotion and cooperation platform for high-quality apparel brands and industry chain companies based on Hangzhou’s unique industrial advantages to achieve the effective linkage of the upstream and downstream enterprises, through the creation of a new model of the textile and apparel industry ecosystem, and seek new industry development.

It is understood that, in the exhibition area setting, the SCM has set up boutique fabric exhibition area, popular yarn exhibition area, clothing OEM exhibition area, original design exhibition area, etc. for precise segmentation. In the display of exhibits, the categories are also richer, covering all kinds of popular textile fabrics, fashion accessories, functional fiber yarns, ODM, OEM, original clothing design, etc., in order to maximize the efficiency of docking between the supply and demand. According to statistics, the exhibition area of the SCM reached 15,000 square meters, with more than 500 booths and more than 300 participating companies. It is worth mentioning that since its inception, the SCM has accumulated more than 5,000 domestic and foreign cooperative brands, more than 20,000 clothing foreign trade companies, more than 600 large and medium-sized shopping malls and supermarkets. The exhibition scene is very lively and thousands of high-quality purchases businessmen gathered at the exhibition, and face-to-face with the exhibitors accurately, fully showing the professionalism and implementation of the SCM in terms of trade effectiveness, industrial docking, and technical exchanges.


Among them, the second Hangzhou Women’s Wear Conference held the theme of “Communion, Technology Drives, Users as King”, inviting many industry experts, helmsman of first-line brands, representatives of well-known women’s wear brands in Hangzhou, etc. to attend the conference, focusing on the topics of “Data-Driven Smart Clothing Manufacturing”, “Reconstructing Brand Value Chain in the New Era”, “Opportunities and Challenges of Consumption Reform” and other topics will be explained in depth. Participating companies from the SCM were invited to participate in the scene to jointly promote industry exchanges, business cooperation, and industrial interconnection.
