Dyeing and printing industry will accelerate intelligent manufacturing

Recently, the Shaoxing Municipal Government Office issued the “Three-year Action Plan for Intelligent Reform of Traditional Industries in Shaoxing City”, which puts forward specific measures and requirements for accelerating the pace of intelligent transformation of traditional industries, accelerating the digital transformation of industries and striving to create a new high ground for digital economic development. As the most important leading industry and block industry in Keqiao District, dyeing and printing industry has the foundation, conditions and needs to carry out intelligent transformation, which is another “revolution” to promote the development of dyeing and printing industry to high quality.
Reporters learned from the District Bureau of Economic and Information Technology that in order to accelerate the pace of intelligent transformation of dyeing and printing industry, reduce the burden of enterprises, and form a joint effort between government and enterprises, government departments will strengthen the protection in three aspects. First, the high proportion of subsidies for intelligent transformation investment. Second, vigorously support the intelligent demonstration benchmark. Thirdly, it is to support the enterprises’ preliminary intellectualized transformation with inclusive support. Full subsidy shall be given to consultation and diagnosis of intellectualized transformation of dyeing and printing enterprises.
Intelligent transformation of dyeing and printing enterprises can not be separated from professional service institutions. The relevant personnel of the District Bureau of Economic and Information Technology introduced that this year, a district-level digital economy industry promotion association was planned to be set up, involving industrial enterprises, service enterprises, equipment suppliers and other units, strengthening exchanges and learning, broadening development ideas and solving common problems. At the same time, it is also planning to establish a digital economic industrial park, introduce and cultivate a number of intelligent manufacturing service enterprises in line with the industrial orientation of our region, and provide technical support for the intelligent transformation of dyeing and printing enterprises.
