Zhengzhou Textile Machinery G1739 High-speed Wide-width rapier loom has successfully entered the Indian market

On Feb. 22, the assembly workshop of Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. weaving division was busy. The G1739-300 high-speed wide-width rapier looms were arranged neatly, and the sealing of the whole machine was being carried out tightly. As the last loom completed its lifting and loading operations, it marked the successful completion of the production of six G1739 / 300 high-speed and wide-width rapier looms exported to India, which was about to be shipped to the Indian market.
The machine first appeared at the 2018 Shanghai International Textile Machinery Exhibition, with its excellent performance has been favored by users at domestic and abroad and highly recognized by the market. During the exhibition, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. entered into the first G1739 / 300 sales contract with the Indian customer. Subsequently, they actively communicate with customers, in just a few months to complete the G1739-300 high-speed wide-width rapier loom adaptive research and development, production organization, quality inspection, equipment delivery and other work.
This is the first time that the G1739-300 high-speed wide-width rapier loom has been put on the market. The weaving speed of the machine is 430 rpm / min, the optimized beating-up and weft insertion mechanism make the production efficiency stable at about 95%. Intelligent electrical control system and Internet technology fully guarantee the intelligent production of loom. The whole machine has the characteristics of low vibration, low noise, low energy consumption, high mechanical precision, low maintenance and so on, which greatly reduces the cost of fabric production. It is a more advanced loom equipment in the market at present, and can meet the demand of the future market for 3 - 5 years.
