During ITMA ASIA + CITME 2016, Huangshi Jingwei
Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. is to exhibit its JWLM1388
Rotary Screen Printing Range which is used for printing
the knitting fabrics of natural fiber, chemical fiber and their
blends.
Main features of JWLM1388 rotary screen printing
range:
■ The use of loose cloth feeding can meet the requirements
of knitted fabric or woven fabric printing;
■ The building-block overall framework has a doublebeam
structure, more solid and securer;
■ The international famous AC servo control technology
is used in the web transmission, greatly improving the rotary
screen control precision with more stable operation and
higher finished product rate;
■ The machine is equipped with two kinds of scraping
printing devices for users to choose (magnetic bar scraping
device, scraper scraping device), to meet the printing needs
of different varieties and various patterns;
■ Hydrosol glue applicator: The glue thickness can be
adjusted precisely and continuously, ensuring more uniform
and brighter glue application, and requiring less maintenance;
■ The belt cleaning device sees a combination of brush
roller, sponge scrubbing and rubber knife so that the the
drawer washing device can realize automatic entry and exit,
achieving circulating washing to save water.
■ Reasonable design of belt running route without any
contact roller and less turning points is conducive to the
smooth running of the belt and the uniformity of glue application,
greatly improving the service life of the belt.
■ Completely new structure to dredge sizing agent:
There is a tank along both sides of the belt to receive the sizing
agent for easy cleaning and recycling, reducing the pollution
to the machine and the belt, more clean and environmentally
friendly with less machine corrosion;
■ Electric belt tension is adopted to ensure more uniform
and accurate tension control, effectively avoiding the misuse
of personnel adjustments.
