Stenter FM799 is equipped with two heating
systems of MP steam and natural gas, which are
independent in operation and temperate display.
When dyeing and printing enterprises encounter
cut-off of steam, stenter will open natural gas
heating system to ensure the normal operation
of machine; while the pressure of MP steam is
too low to meet the requirement of setting in the
limitation of steam, MP steam system will open
the corresponding number of burners to ensure
the temperature of setting area and requirement
of setting.
In MP system, each drying oven uses a temperature-
sensing valve to control inlet and outlet
of steam with pressure level of 6.3Mpa. Radiator
is normal pressure vessel with pressure-proof of
over 5.0Mpa, whose structure is string slice with
large radiating area and thickness of temperature
bulb of 18mm, as well as material of GB/T3087
seamless boiler steel pipe.
The natural gas heating system uses the latest
McKesson VP150 energy-saving burner of
Honey Well Company, and it is equipped with
combustion tube of 316L heat-resistance stainless
steel plate for heat release.
Digital stenter machine is equipped with
complete online detection and control of process
parameters, device of complete exhausting
fume and heat recovery, as well as technology
of emission control of waste gas and humidity,
which makes a high-intelligent production line
with comprehensive utilization of resources.
