HLMH202B-180 clip stenter mercerizing machine is
mainly suitable for rolling alkali mercerizing process of pure
cotton, polyester cotton, hemp cotton and blended fabric,
which makes fabric in good gloss, easy to color, and meet the
requirements of the size of width and stability to improve capillary
effect and hand feeling. It can be divided into single or
double clip type, with the width of 1800mm~3600mm, maximum
speed of 120m/min; modular construction can arbitrarily
combine machine process, according to the requirements of
product and process; washing section adopts sealed insulation
system with automatic temperature control and heat exchanger
interface; it is also equipped with electronic counter and
electrostatic eliminator; steamer and washer uses ultrasonic
washing machine; the designated water-adding place can be
equipped with glass rotameter, and solenoid valve will close
the water when parking.
There is a heat exchanger in thermal water discharge outlet,
which can be matched with patent energy-saving products
of the company. Equipped with automatic monitored control
system interface, the machine adopts human-computer interface
control, computer touch plate operation, and process of
storage, which realizes the repeatability of product process and
remote monitoring.
