Changde Textile Machinery: Two warp knitting machines see broad market prospect

During ITMA ASIA + CITME 2016, Changde Textile
Machinery Co., Ltd. is to exhibit its E2285-110-E12 warp
knitting machine and E2528/3A-218 warp knitting machine.
E2285-110-E12 warp knitting machine is equipped with
6 guide bars that are capable of knitting, which can meet the
user needs for a variety of space fabric design. It is of high
mechanical and electrical integration, and the use of electronic
let-off, electronic traction and electronic pattern drive
(optional) has greatly facilitated the users in product development
and design, process adjustment and operation and
maintenance. The warp knitting machine can be used for the
minimal weaving of 3mm to the maximum of 35mm, allowing
a wide range of single yarn (space yarn) raw materials to
be knitted with the maximum diameter of 0.25mm of a single
yarn.
E2528/3A-218 warp knitting machine uses the compound
needle with a working width of 218"/5537 mm, two
gauges (needles/inch) of E28 and E32, and the Max. speed of
2,500rpm. It is of high mechanical and electrical integration,
and the use of electronic let-off and electronic traction has
greatly facilitated the users in operation and maintenance.
The main features are: The use of carbon fiber composite
material needle bed makes the equipment adapt to a wider
range of temperature changes while the machine speed is accelerated.
The crank connecting link component adopts the
active lubrication and the oil circulation constant temperature
control system, making the equipment temperature more
stable and the lubrication effect more ideal. The use of big
cross section structure increases the rigidity, enhancing the
production stability.
