Blue Diamond metallic card clothing
is highlighted for its high wear-resistance
and the use of overseas customized
GERON 3# high-carbon & low-alloy steel
which enjoys good tooth tip hardness and
quenching uniformity after a special heat
treatment.
Blue Diamond flat card clothing is
made from imported special polishing
materials, with each needle polished to
improve the carding effect and reduce fiber
damage. The service life reaches 1,000
tons of cotton and more than 1,200 tons of
man-made fibers.
The characteristics of the doubletooth
card clothing are: To form a series
of tooth-shaped design for carding cotton
fiber, viscose fiber and cellulose fiber, effectively
improving the efficiency of carding
machine by more than 15%.
Based on the optimal design of the
tooth profile, we developed a special cylinder
with anti-inlaid and high impurity
removing. The tooth shape section of the
rack is wedge-shaped, and the rigidity
is increased in the root of tooth with the
highest density over 58,000 teeth, ensuring
a sound carding effect. The sharp tooth
tip is of strong puncture ability, which can
effectively remove short fibers, neps and
impurities, enjoying clear cotton web and
good CV evenness and saving cotton.
Based on the computerized optimal
design of the tooth profile, we developed
the anti-inlaid, high impurity-removing,
and self-cleaning top comb as well as
the top comb specially used for colored
spinning, hemp-cotton blended spinning,
and pure man-made fibers. The unique
wedge-shaped structure can effectively
prevent the fiber winding top comb
needles, while the specific tooth structure
design would effectively improve the
combing effect of top comb (including
the removal of short fibers, neps, cottonseed
debris and dirt).
The integral gear ring for rotary spinning
was independently developed by
GERON, enjoying a number of excellent
performances such as one-piece integrated
molding, which is subversion of the traditional
rack-mounted cover-type carding
roller. This avoids hanging and winding
caused by the extra grooves and burrs.
