Xianyang Textile Machinery: ZAX-GSi achieves high-quality and low-cost weaving

Jingwei Tsudakoma Textile Machinery (Xianyang) Co., Ltd. will
exhibit a new air jet loom, ZAX-GSi which employs genuine parts
made by Tsudakoma Corp.
The new model “ZAX-GSi” developed based on the concept of
“Smart Ecology” is introduced. In addition to the weaving support,
operability, and high productivity using the Navi-board, weaving costs
are reduced. The sturdy frame structure suppresses vibration even
when weaving a heavy fabric. Its durability is outclassing.

Upper and lower axis shirt fabric:
Warp yarn JC 80/2, Density: 44.9 yarns/cm;
Weft yarn JC 80/2, Density 35.0yarns/ cm;
Color: White, blue, pink, yellow;
Organization: 1/1 (top) +3/1 (bottom);
Speed: 850 rpm.
