Ltd. is to exhibit RFJW10 intelligent water jet loom, RFRL31 high-speederd
rapier loom, RFJA30 high-speed air-jet loom, RFTL61 high-speed rapier terry
towel loom, and RFJA33 air jet terry towel loom.
RFJW10 intelligent water jet loom is a type of high-end loom independently
developed by the company based on the design concept of energy saving, low
consumption, high speed, and wide adaptability. The equipment is characterized
by high intelligence, stable quality, and strong adaptability as well as friendly
ergonomic design and small vibration and little noise.
RFRL31 high-speederd rapier loom enjoys such features as a high degree
of automation, energy saving, high efficiency, and low maintenance costs. The
speed is controlled by the switch reluctance machine, which can change the
speed and pick density automatically, ensuring perfect fabric quality and saving
power by more than 15% than normal motors. The insertion system is driven by
“spatial crank sheft linkage construction” to guarantee accurate delivery of weft
yarns. In addition, the hookless technology can reduce the damage to the yarn,
especially suitable for the high-grade and high-density fabric weaving.
RFJA30 high-speed air-jet loom has a lower center of gravity, which enhances
the stability of the frame; eccentric beating can reduce vibration and
improve the beating power; the optimized four-linkage and six-linkage beat-up
mechanisms are suitable for higher speed and greater weft insertion angle.
RFTL61 high-speed rapier towel loom is driven by switch reluctance machine
directly, with huge starting power and obvious energy-saving effect. The
optimized conjugate beat-up cam and “spatial crank sheft linkage construction”,
together with hookless weft insertion, have significantly reduced the wear of the
belt.
RFJA33 air jet terry towel loom enjoys obvious energy-saving effect for
the use of low-voltage weft insertion; cloth moving electronic fluff, terry length
is 0 - 28mm; overall mobile cloth-fell device can completely avoid the friction
between the looped tile and the cloth-fell carrier, greatly improving the quality
of the terry.
