The fifth edition of ITMA ASIA + CITME
will also see the debut of a brand-new optical
yarn clearer for open-end spinning. Especially
designed for China, the USTER® MC200 monitors
quality across a huge range of yarn types,
and in finer counts than ever before. It has all the

and is totally quality-minded. In addition, Assistant

the new USTER® TESTER 6.
With the data from the Total Testing Center
Assistant Q has an overview of all the processes
in the spinning mill. He evaluates fabric appearance,
using a series of parameters and a grading
system of 1 to 5. His grading here is based
on the new hairiness values provided by the
USTER® TESTER 6 – as well as other parameters
affecting pilling resistance.
