At the 2025 Annual Conference of China Association for Quality, two companies of Hi-tech Group have won significant honors for their robust quality management practices. Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhengzhou Textile Machinery")'s Carbon Fiber Equipment QC Team won the "First Prize for QC Team Achievement Evaluation" for their project "Improving the First-Pass Yield Rate of Embossing Rollers," while Qingdao Hongda Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. was awarded "Quality Trustworthy Team," showcasing the professional capabilities of both companies in quality management and continuous improvement.

 

Zhengzhou Textile Machinery's Carbon Fiber Equipment QC Team focused on key production processes, aiming for "zero defects." Through improvement measures such as optimizing assembly, upgrading the bearing system, and simplifying redundant structures, they effectively solved quality problems and achieved a significant increase in the first-pass yield rate. At the same time, they shortened delivery cycles and reduced overall costs. This achievement fully demonstrates Zhengzhou Textile Machinery's profound experience in management and quality improvement.
