Jinzhong Bearing presents a series of bearing and roller components in the exhibition, including: main products of SL1 series top roller bearing, “G” series of fine spinning machine, roving machine roller bearing, top roller bearing of “S” serie “integral-type carbon fiber shells”, “M” series of top roller bearing with long refuel cycle, wrapped series of top roller, as well as matching three roller compact spinning AS-type top roller components, etc..

The main innovation of “G” series matched with spinning and roving machine lies in high quality bearing steel material, superfinishing of bearing channel, refined assembly process, high-level bearing “clearance”, finish machining both ends of the shell chamber to meet the needs of “top grinding”, as well as suitable for long-term grease. This product has a large number of supporting Jingwei spinning machine to realize sales of spare parts, good consistency of yarn evenness index, and elimination of mechanical wave roller.

Drawing roller bearing and yarn guider matched with roccas compact spinning yarn, were developed in June 2016 with Rotorcraft Company, as well as matched with roccas compact spinning yarn system. The main technical performance includes high machining accuracy of each dimension, bearing radial clearance between 0.004 - 0.005, the outer radial runout less than or equal to 0.05, steel ball with accuracy class G10, as well as service life more than 5 years.

The main innovation of this product are drawing roller bearing with 70 spindle pitch, yarn guider roller bearing with 75 spindle pitch, bearing core shaft forming all with advanced centerless grinding, the use of long term bearing grease with more than 4-year refueling cycle, as well as rubber roller rear bearing in sealed state, to ensure the cleaness of the inner part and avoid grease polluting yarn.
