When the 2025 Intertextile apparel fabrics exhibition(autumn/winter) was held in Shanghai, more than 3,700 top exhibitors from 26 countries and regions around the world participated. From September 2nd to 4th, the 2025 "Keqiao Selected" exhibition shone brightly at the event, showcasing the high-end quality of its products and the innovative strength of its regional brands.

As a featured exhibition area of ​​this year's Intertextile, the "Keqiao Selected" exhibition, jointly created by the "Keqiao Selected" project and the China Textile Information Center, showcased the quality and strength of Keqiao fabrics. The exhibition area was divided into three main sections: "Selected Fashion," "Selected Technology," and "Selected Sustainability," comprehensively displaying nearly 700 pieces of high-quality Keqiao fabrics. It attracted nearly a thousand visitors, including buyers and designers from China, Russia, India, Thailand, South Korea, Colombia, the Netherlands, and other parts of the world, facilitating nearly 400 online and offline consultations and matchmaking sessions. The exhibition not only demonstrated the international-level quality of Keqiao fabrics but also highlighted the promotional potential of "Keqiao Selected" products in the global market, fully demonstrating the innovative vitality and market competitiveness of Keqiao's textile industry.

Sun Ruizhe, President of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, and Xu Yingxin, Vice President of the China National Textile and Apparel Council and President of the Textile Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, visited the exhibition area.

 

 

· Selected Fashion

Over 450 pieces of high-quality fabrics from Keqiao were showcased in the "Selected Fashion" area. This area displayed warm wool, lustrous mulberry silk, acetate fiber, as well as organza, velvet and other fabrics, covering a wide range of applications from women's wear, men's wear, children's wear to home furnishings. The exquisite craftsmanship and innovative design of Keqiao products highlighted their fashionable charm and provided rich creative inspiration for designers around the world.

 

· Selected Technology

The "Selected Technology" area showcases Keqiao's technological research and development and application capabilities in fabrics. The exhibited products widely utilize advanced materials such as viscose, cupro fiber, nylon, and spandex, endowing the fabrics with diverse functions such as water repellency, quick-drying moisture absorption, UV protection, antibacterial properties, elasticity, abrasion resistance, machine washability, deodorization. These products respond to the consumer market demands of outdoor, sports, and leisure activities, expanding the application boundaries of textile fabrics.

· Selected Sustainability

The " Selected Sustainability " area focuses on the global theme of sustainable development, showcasing high-quality fabrics made from environmentally friendly raw materials such as solution-dyed polyester, recycled polyester, Naia™, seaweed fiber, lyocell, and linen. The products boast multiple international eco-certifications, including FSC Forest Stewardship Council certification, GRS Global Recycling Standard, and Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex®, demonstrating Keqiao fabrics' compliance and forward-thinking approach to environmental protection and quality control. It also highlights the responsibility of Keqiao textile enterprises as a key force in the green supply chain.

 

live streaming+QR code: activating new efficiency in product promotion

 

Inside the exhibition area, a series of "Keqiao Selected" live streams were broadcast online. Representatives from companies that won the Class A title for "Keqiao Selected" fabrics acted as "product recommenders," explaining in detail to viewers from the stringent standards for yarn selection to the innovative breakthroughs in dyeing processes, and the application scenarios of the fabrics in end-user fields such as clothing and home textiles. This allowed customers who could not attend in person to directly experience the quality and charm of "Keqiao Selected" fabrics, opening up broader market channels for "Keqiao Selected" products.

 

Each piece of "Keqiao Selected " fabric is equipped with a unique QR code label. Viewers can simply scan the QR code with their mobile phones to view detailed parameters, test reports, and other comprehensive information about the fabric in real time. This method is extremely fast and convenient. After obtaining the information, viewers can also leave inquiries directly within the link. Purchasing needs can be immediately relayed to the relevant company representatives. This provides an efficient and replicable practical model for the collaborative development of the upstream and downstream of the industry chain.

During the exhibition, the event "Fabric Value Innovation under New Trends – Keqiao Selected" was held concurrently. Three "Keqiao Selected" enterprises – Huangzu Textile, Yican Textile, and Yuhua Holdings – along with the end-user brand Sumec, discussed the new value ecosystem of product design from the fabric end to the brand end, focusing on original design, functional innovation, and the application of environmentally friendly materials. This helped Keqiao fabrics deepen their "reliable quality" label and promote a dual upgrade in quality and reputation for Keqiao textile products.

 

In the future, the quality appeal of "Keqiao Selected" will reach a wider stage, with the exhibition area appearing at international professional textile exhibitions in Paris, Japan, and Germany, conveying the "Keqiao voice" of China's textile industry to the world.
