Changde Textile Machinery： Two types of spring cradles significantly improve spinning index





In this exhibition, Changde Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. displayes upgraded spinning spring cradle of YJ200/210-145 series, as well as escalated roving spring cradle of YJ40-190*4 series.

Developed in 2013, spring-loaded weighting arms of YJ200/210-145 series is the latest spinning spring cradle with completely independent intellectual property, at the international advanced level in its overall technology, the length of whose spinnable fiber is below 65mm, while it could be 125mm in one zone draft system. The cradle with a fixed jaw, makes the parallelism of left and right jaws gripping fiber higher and more stable; benefited from pressure-balance design, pressure difference of spindles on both sides is obviously reduced, greatly improving spinning index; the enhancement of cradle’s strength and stiffness improves the stability of cradle work and makes installation and debugging more convenient and accurate; cradle of YJ200 series is the same size with that of YJ2 series and PK series in installation dimension.

Roving spring cradle of YJ40-190*4 series, the latest generation with independent intellectual property, is developed in 2012, mainly used for cotton roving frames of four-roller two-zone apron drafting type, and suitable for pure or blended cotton and chemical fiber with length less than 50mm. Technical innovations make its performance more reliable, the same as spring cradle of YJ200/210-145 series with fixed jaw and wide grip, as well as pressure-balance design, while its unique four-bar linkage locking mechanism strengthens reliability and portability. This type of cradle could completely exchange with that of YJ4 series and PK series in installation dimension and upgrade directly.
