The SJ3.0 MODEL 32” X28g High Speed Single Jersey Open Width Machine is a high-performance equipment designed for maximum output, operating at speeds ranging from 25-40 RPM and achieving an exceptional open width speed factor of up to 1120. Its superior performance stems from its premium features: it is equipped with imported Italian gears and transmission system for precision and durability, and boasts centralized stitch length adjusting system, proprietary patented dual steel wire runways and take-down system to minimize friction and ensure remarkably smooth operation even at high speeds. A specially steel frame provides optimal balance during the operation. Furthermore, the cylinder with four needle tracks offers unparalleled pattern flexibility and a wide range of fabric choices. This versatility is complemented by a three-group, five QUAP pulleys system and an adjustable yarn guide, making it an ideal solution for diverse and high-quality knitting production requirements.

This single jersey knitting machine is capable of producing plain jersey, pique, and two-thread fleece fabrics. Benefiting from high precision manufacturing, the fabrics produced exhibit a smooth, uniform surface with well-defined stitches and excellent defect control.
