Explore the new mode of intelligent textile mills
 
Jingwei Textile Machinery implements the strategy of "Manufacturing Power" and "Quality Power", strengthens innovation, forges scientific and technological power in the textile machinery industry, and enhances the core manufacturing capacity of textile equipment.



“Jingwei Textile Machinery works hard to develop its advantages and serve the industry, during the period from the 12th Five-Year Plan to the 14th Five-Year Plan, the company took over most of the spinning equipment demonstration projects implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Science and Technology, and played an important role in the transformation and upgrading of textile enterprises. In recent years, the company has worked hard on digitalization and service capability, implemented the whole chain of digitalization application of equipment manufacturing, ecological scene, intelligent spinning and data service, and transformed from single equipment sales to integrated sales service of equipment, data and software.
 
The company built the third generation of full-process intelligent textile factory in 2 projects of Jiangsu Dasheng Group and Sichuan Ya'an Shengshan Company, explored the new mode of intelligent factory in textile industry, provided solution of "equipment + management + data", met the demand of spinning enterprises for intelligent production and management, and promoted the equipment, logistics, management and other capabilities, to achieve 100% traceability of product quality, and production efficiency increased by 22%, 10,000 spindles in 10 people, product development cycle shortened by 40%, energy consumption reduced by 14%, to create a new complete set of prototype intelligent manufacturing demonstration project”, Shao Mingdong said.
 
Digital twin technology application launched
 
At the exhibition, Jingwei Textile Machinery will adopt a new mode combining physical and digital exhibition, so that the majority of users can understand of the innovative development of the company's products in the past two years.



The physical exhibition will feature four sets of the latest spinning machine products. They are JWF1626 rotor spinning with high-speed magnetic levitation technology, and maximum speed of 150,000 rpm; VCRO PLUS - I winder with yarn tracking function, flexible connection, the attachment of up to 4,000 spindles; JWF1366Pro draw frame featured with NAS full-time self-adjusting levelling system, high-efficiency direct-drive motor and cleaning system; JWF0019 profiled fiber machine with "human eye-like" recognition capability and AI self-adaptive scene learning engine, and is capable of identifying and detecting  ultra-fine profiled fiber in the cotton, silk and wool.

In recent years, digital twin technology has demonstrated great potential in the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, playing a great role in terms of improving efficiency, reducing costs and optimizing resource allocation.
 
Additionally, it is the first display to the application of digital twin technology in the spinning process for Jingwei Textile Machinery. Promisingly, the company has also developed a digital twin-driven intelligent spinning mill control system, realizing a new mode of spinning mill control management with the characteristics of digital technologies that empower physical production.
 
Furthermore, the recently developed warp knitting machine produced by Jingwei boasts a more expansive width range, extending from 134'' to 290'', with an impressive maximum knitting speed of 2,500R/M. This allows more kinds of weaving fabrics, at the same time, reducing energy consumption and improving operational efficiency. The new twisting machine with logistics function adopts automated equipment to replace manual operation. It also establishes an information management and scheduling system for the twisting and weaving workshop, thereby reducing the manual labor and enhancing the production efficiency.
