The 8th China (Ordos) International Cashmere and Wool Exhibition opens in July

On May 16th, the press conference of the 8th China (ORDOS) International Cashmere and Wool Exhibition organized by China Wool Textile Association was held in Inner Mongolia Grand Hotel in Beijing. The 8th China (ORDOS) International Cashmere and Wool Exhibition will be held in the National Fitness Center of Dongsheng District, Ordos City from July 18th to 20th with the theme of “Cashmere Chain Links the World, Empowering the Future with Intelligence”.
The exhibition is organized by China Wool Textile Association and supported by Ordos Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Ordos Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau, Ordos Bureau of Commerce, Ordos Committee of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Government of Dongsheng District of Ordos, Inner Mongolia Erdos Co., Ltd.
During the same period, the 2025 China Cashmere Industry High Quality Development Conference and the 9th International Cashmere Testing Technology Seminar, 2025 Young.Cashmere China Ordos Creative Design Competition, 2025 World Model Contest China Finals, industrial exhibitions, fashion releases, international cooperation and signing and other various activities will also be held, showcasing in an all-round way the latest achievements and future trends of China's cashmere and wool industry.
Highlights of the show
In addition to the exhibition and various activities, the Exhibition also plans to carry out some procurement sessions. Through the combination of online and offline, wholesale and retail, it sets up a trade platform for livestreamers, cross-border e-commerce companies, upstream and downstream purchasers.
Currently, all the preparations are progressing. 2025 Young.Cashmere China Ordos Creative Design Competition and Achievements Show will gather the power of domestic and foreign emerging designers, focusing on the innovative application of cashmere materials and applications of AI, aiming at the realization of the double challenge of creative value and commercial value.

As a famous cashmere industry center in China, Ordos City has more than 360 cashmere enterprises, with annual processing capacity accounting for 50% of the country and 33% of the world, cultivating the Erdos Group with a market value of more than one hundred billion dollars, which lead and formulate international cashmere standard.
The exhibition has been successfully held for seven times since 2018, attracting many Chinese textile industry associations and experts and leading enterprises. The cumulative exhibition area is more than 150,000 square meters, with about 1,700 exhibitors, over 2,300 purchasing agents, more than 450,000 visitors, and a total transaction amount of nearly 4 billion yuan.
