Jingwei Components： “FJ” series of compact spinning roller without running-in and lap-ups






In this exhibition, Shanxi Jingwei Textile Machinery Components Co., LTD. displays “FJ” series of compact spinning roller, which adopts special high-quality carbon structural steel with cold hardening and stress-relief annealing to eliminate the internal stress and improve the mechanical properties of materials, as well as imported quenched-tempered integrative equipment and domestic exclusive process of surface heat-treatment to enhance the hardness and thickness of hardening layer and strength of anti-bending and anti-twist of roller by automatic control of quenching-tempering temperature.

This series of compact spinning roller could ensure the center hole coaxiality in the range of 0.01mm, by double turrets simultaneously machining center hole; also it could ensure the consistency of tooth form and completely eradicate the production of roller spinning mechanic wave, leveraging domestic only gear rolling process technology and high-precision imported gear equipment, gear processing equipment and centerless grinding equipment to process tooth form and outer shape of working face, as well as dedicated two-dimensional imaging instrument.

The roller with high connection precision, provides a guarantee for free of straightening by using imported CNC lathe, and high-precision surface grinding machine for guide hole, guide rod, screw thread and end face. In order to ensure smooth surface, coating thickness and stability of density, “FJ” series adopts various surface polishing medium and automatic roller plating line for surface treatment and electroplating, which endows roller with characteristics of no running-in, no lap-ups and anti-corrosion.
