A new generation of JWF1213 wide high-yield carding machine is designed to have a width of 1,280mm based on a series of high-yield carding machine of mature technology and wide market recognition. It is of high yield, high efficiency, high quality, and energy saving.


JWF1211(G) entire stationary flat card was developed specially for such man-made fibers as polyester, viscose, and differentiated fibers in 2015. Bbased on the JWF1211 high-yield carding machine, JWF1211(G) conducted a complete new design of the rotary flat system and fixed flat system, and added a specially designed fixed flat and cotton web cleaning system, which can achieve high production while ensuring the quality indicators. Blowing-carding combination control system & remote operation and maintenance has made a number of major technological breakthroughs.
