Shenyang Hongda： To promote two new drawframes




Shenyang Hongda Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. is to exhibit Drawframe JWF1316 and Drawframe JWF1313 in the exhibition. Drawframe JWF1316 is of novel and lively appearance design in line with the ergonomic operating experience. The two deliveries are capable of completely independent operation, avoiding mutual interference in cleaning and leveling processes.

The new automatic can change structure and meet the textile companies’ special needs such as two deliveries for different varieties of spinning, single-delivery running of the frame, and one delivery for frame running and the other for maintenance. The frame enjoys a higher overall efficiency by 10% - 15% than the ordinary two-delivery drawframe.




The equipment can be installed directly on the ground; new loading system in the drafting zone is used and the roller goes up and down with the cradle. The main features of Drawframe JWF1313: Two deliveries can output 1,000mm large cans; new design; original extending pedal is convenient for everyday operation and maintenance; the new generation of automatic can-change mechanism can save floor space, for the change arm is able to be rotated and folded; the guide bars can be in an optional form of 4 x 3 (6 drawings), saving space to the minimum of 3m x 7.2m; its latest electronic drafting technology has controlled the draft multiple to 0.001 to follow the precision < 0.5‰; high-precision roller speed monitoring technology has achieved a non-leveller drawframe on-line monitoring function and effectively avoided sliver quality accident caused by mechanical failure; new intelligent sliver broken technology, convenient and reliable, requires no manual maintenance.
