Q: What’s the company’s economic situation so far?
Under the complex economic environment this year, there’s a slowing growth on production, export, investment, domestic sales, profits and other indicators of the textile industry. The enterprise still bears the downward pressure from production and management. Pacific Mechatronic Group responds to the changing market actively and adjusts the operation strategies on the condition that the depression of the national textile machinery, suffocation of the finance leases and the recession of the chemical fiber industry. On the one hand, expanding the foreign trade sales continuously (increased by 110%); On the other hand, changing the previous casting net marketing, focusing on the key market and the targeted clients. Through expanding market with great efforts, the overall trend of the economic conditions improved obviously in this year, and the sales revenue of the Pacific Mechatronic Group Co., Ltd. increased by 36.65% (former Shanghai Erfangji Co., Ltd. hereinafter the same) .
Q: Which kind of product sells well? And what’s the main reason?
With the structure regulation and the consumption level enhancement, the textile industry transfers from scale upgrading to reformation, driving the promotion from quantity expansion to quality improvement, as restricted by resource conditions and labor cost, the high-end textile technological equipments are increasingly favored by the market. The textile machinery equipment with the quality of less labor, a high degree of automation, energy conservation and environmental protection, good stability, high speed, high output and convenient maintenance was welcomed by users; there’s still great space for advanced intelligent textile machinery.
Q: What kind of R&D your company will focus on next?
On product research and development, Pacific Mechatronic Group will use the resource advantage and take great efforts to achieve the development goal of “the 13th Five-Year-Plan”, creating the added value of main products that existed, promoting degree of intelligence, and developing in aspects of whole sets of products. Meanwhile, Pacific Mechatronic Group will raise the level of user’s production management, perfecting on-line detection and long-distance fault diagnosis techniques, speeding up the popularization and application of this technology, providing a better solution for clients.
Q: What kind of products will be displayed on the exhibition? And what are their advantages?
Pacific Mechatronic Group will exhibit EJM178JL spinning machine (including on-line examination system), CG6500-190 rapier loom, the intelligent power spinning machine (analog machine), the total exhibition area occupied 200 square meters, recommending EJM178JL spinning machine and CG6500-190 rapier loom which dominate the market to consumers, and releasing the products with high technology and market potential, implementing on-line inspection system and the intelligent power spinning machine.
1) High speed: Spindle, motor and driver integrated into one, the speed of spindle is 25000rpm.
2) Intelligent: the power spinning machine monitors the spindle’s operating parameter and process information and operation performance, achieving weaving process of digitalization, informatization and intellectualization.
3) High quality: the accuracy of the power spinning machine and all the spindles are in the monitoring state, controlling the spinning process timely.
4) Efficient: The ring plates rise and fall in the process of yarn weaving, changing regularly on the basis of spinning tension, promoting the production efficiency according to different speed, the productivity improves 10% as a result.
