Jiangyin Huafang New Technology & Research Co., Ltd. is a national new hi-tech enterprise which integrates pre-spinning equipment research, development, production, sales and service. HFJ Compact Spinning Device
l Four-roller system, apron lattices are of positive drive.
l Negative pressure system adopts new energy saving fan, IE3 energy efficiency.
l Modular design, 6 spindles or 8 spindles in one unit.
l Well-designed negative pressure distribution ensures consistency of airflow at each suction nozzle.
l The optimization designed suction nozzle on profiled tube, good for fiber condensing.
l Inverter control for both energy-saving and pressure adjusting for different yarn count spinning demands.
l Smoothly moving of the yarn is guaranteed by tension device of the apron lattice (patent product of H-FANG).
l Installation of flute pipe (patent of H-FANG) is reasonable; parts concerned can be cleaned dynamically.
l Closed-loop control on negative pressure guarantees stable pressure during spinning. (For option)

HF928B high speed automatic sectional warping machine has wide application scope.
