The registration for Indo Intertex 2021 in Jakarta, Indonesia was launched a few days ago.

Indo Intertex 2021 will be held in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, from March 30 to April 1, 2021 for a period of 3 days. China Textile Machinery Association and the Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT will be the sole organizers in China mainland to be responsible for the registration and arrangement of Indo Intertex 2021.

 

In recent years, the Indonesian government has encouraged the development of the textile and apparel industry. Textile and apparel exports have reached USD 13.8 billion in 2019, an increase of 38% over 2018, while textile and apparel machinery is completely dependent on imports. In 2019, the total value of textile machinery products exported from China to Indonesia was USD 185 million, which was 4.73% lower than in 2018, but still ranked among the top five in the domestic export market. Indo Intertex is the country’s largest textile machinery exhibition, held every year. The scale of the exhibition in 2019 reached 21,400 square meters, attracting about 12,500 professional visitors and more than 500 exhibitors from 20 countries.
