Graphene yarns developed in the UK to increase production

A team led by Dr. Nazmul Karim and Professor Kostya Novoselov of the University of Manchester is currently conducting the study at The University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. They have developed a cleanable, flexible, conductive, low cost and biodegradable graphene yarn, which can expand the production of graphene yarn. The team said that the new technology can produce thousands of kilograms of graphene-based yarns in an hour.
