Hot melt yarn is one of the main products of Yarnsen textile industry, with a production value of 40-50 million yuan in 2018. In fact, as early as 2014, hot melt polyester was developed by Yarnsen Textile, but in application, hot melt polyester has higher melting point, higher energy consumption, and the production process is gradually understood by the market. In order to maintain its market competitiveness, Yarnsen Textile began a new round of research and development, and successfully developed hot melt nylon at the end of 2017, and completely replaced hot melt polyester in 2018, realizing mass production, greatly reducing energy consumption.
"At present, we can produce about 5 tons of hot melt nylon every day, which is in short supply."
