CTMC highlighted in IGATEX Pakistan2019 with various exhibits

On February 26-28, the 12th IGATEX Pakistan2019 opened at Karachi International Center. More than 500 enterprises from more than 30 countries, including China, Italy, Germany, Japan, Switzerland and India, participated in the exhibition. The 116-company China pavilion, which attracted more than 20,000 visitors from local and neighboring countries, was notable focus.
China Textile Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. (CTMC) participated in this exhibition. The JWF1212 high-yield carding machine, the JWF1313 drawing frame and the high-precision intelligent weighing hybrid carding model are displayed on the spot, showing the products and achievements of CTMC in an all-round way with brand-new appearance image, intelligent design and excellent performance won the praise of overseas customers.
The JWF1212 carding machine is a new generation of high-yield and wide-width carding machine. The machine is of three-prick roller type. The increasing speed and needle tooth density are beneficial to the full opening and transfer of the fiber. The JWF1313 has the advantages of innovative transmission form and electronic draft, large strip output, intelligent broken bar, roller monitoring, independent air suction and so on. The process structure is stable and reliable, and the ratio of performance to price is superior. The domestic high-precision intelligent weighing hybrid carding has original piecewise mixing and divisional control technology, which can achieve accurate proportioning and perfect fusion for multi-component differential fiber. The whole process modular design, can be customized according to customer segmentation requirements, to achieve the best combination of processes. The features of simple operation, intuitionistic display and flexible adjustment can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve the working efficiency, improve the quality of blended yarn, and bring more profit to customers.
