The 17th Shanghai International Exhibition on Textile Industry also confirmed the changes brought by intellectualization and informatization to industrial enterprises.
Over the years, the cotton spinning industry has been advancing in improving the automation and intelligence level of machinery and equipment in each process and realizing the continuous and automated production between different processes. At present, the application proportion of blowing-carding unit in China has been relatively high, but the supporting system of roving automatic yarn dropping is still the shortboard of the development of spinning machines in China. Although the information management of cotton textile industry is still in its infancy, the improvement of production efficiency is very obvious. There are not many chemical fiber machines on display in this exhibition, but they have obvious features of automation and intelligence. Under the new situation, with the continuous innovation and development of chemical fiber equipment technology, enterprises are increasingly demanding the automation of production lines. In knitting, the level of mechanical intelligence has been steadily improved and new products have appeared frequently. In the aspect of printing and dyeing, the intellectualization of single printing and dyeing equipment in our country develops well at present. Intelligent equipment can not only replace manual work and save labor, but also benefit the control of production cost and production management.
Textile industry, as a traditional manufacturing industry, has been widely used in continuous and automated equipment, and has been made in on-line monitoring technology of production process. However, in order to achieve continuous operation of the whole process, digital control, real-time monitoring and adaptive control, and complete manual substitution, it is still necessary to vigorously strengthen the research and development of key equipment and management system, and still need to steadily push forward from intelligent production line to digital factory.
