China-Tajikistan textile industrial park to crave out a new silk road

According to the report of economic channel, during the Northern and Southern Dynasties, cotton has been introduced to Xinjiang from the Western Regions via the Silk Road. After 1,500 years, Zhejiang Zhongtai (Group) Co., Ltd., built a largest textile industrial park in the southwest of Tajikistan, and output advanced cotton planting technology and technology to Tajikistan.  
 
Zhongtai Group has planted one hundred thousand acres of cotton, which are full of vitality in the sun. There has been a thousand years of history for cotton cultivation in Tajikistan, and the favorable conditions have made it an important region of high quality cotton in the world. Xiao Ruixin, president of Zhongtai (Dangara) New Silk Road Textile Industry Co., Ltd., introduced that to make full use of the complementary advantages and form a perfect textile industry chain was a long-term planning of Zhongtai Group.   
 
Xiao Ruixin said: “For our investment, Tajikistan offered us a lot of preferential policies, and provided us with more than 200,000 acres of land for cotton cultivation free of charge, as well as duty-free policies in agriculture.”
 
In order to promote the application of new technologies and train talent for Tajikistan, Zhongtai Group selected 38 Tajikistan staffs to receive the world-class training in spinning technology in Jiangsu, Wuxi in September, 2015. Now, these staffs have become technical backbone of the enterprise. One of Tajikistan staffs said that the technology has changed their lives, and they could get salary of 2,300 RMB per month, which has reached the level of income of financial institutions in Tajikistan. Also he added that in the industrial park, he not only got a higher salary, but also learned new skills and technology, and he was proud to make a contribution for the industrial development using his sills.   
 
The project not only changed the mode of local cotton planting, but also improved the processing industry chain of raw material, expanded the potential of agricultural development, and increased the tax revenue for Tajikistan. Mraudale Alimaleton, former Deputy Prime Minister of Tajikistan and president of National Agricultural Investment Bank, said: “Zhongtai Dangara agricultural industrial park covered the whole industry chain, and played an important role in ensuring employment, teaching experience, renovating technology and improving tax. The yarn products ranked the first in the market of Tajikistan, and also in Central Asia markets.”
 
Now Zhongtai Dangara industrial park has been the largest agricultural and textile park in Tajikistan, even in the five countries of Central Asia. Xiao Ruixin indicted that we have produced over 5,000 tons of yarn, which has been sold to more than ten countries in the world.
