The 19th IFFAIR, with the main objective of depth connection among science and technology, capital, industry, and market, linked both the upstream and downstream of the industry to contribute to its transformation and upgrading.

Intelligent manufacturing and industrial restructuring led by science & technology
The wave of intelligentization is quickening the pace of upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry, which has been clearly illustrated in this IFFAIR while the exhibitors presented their thinking into the manufacturing upgrade with products and culture.

Youngor this year came to exhibit with only “one white shirt”, but do not underestimate this white shirt from which Youngor will begin its personalized customization in the future. Starting from 1-yuan micro-customization, Youngor customization is to be gradually upgraded so that online reservation in advance will be available, followed by the selection of required fabrics, styles and accessories, and then body measurement will be completed through 3D measuring equipment. Therefore, the integration of online and offline resources is to achieve the interaction between the customers and the brand.

Ningbo local tailored sweater brand Dankeyun, together with Cixing, exhibited the realized “Internet + personalized custom” achievements, the continuous process from body measurement in the smart trying room to DIY of design and order, back-end data transmission, and unmanned garment processing by the industrial robot, which only requires one day while the original needs seven days.

Cutting-edge designer Huang Haibing and his team brought the seamless technology after ten years of research, which is a kind of clothing production process without using needle and thread to sew, featured with laser cutting and high-temperature setting. The greatest contribution to this technology is to promote garment manufacturing changes that in the future sewing is no longer needed and the manufacturing enterprises can get rid of the labor-intensive production when one staff can operate four sets of machine, greatly enhancing productivity.

In addition, the exhibition zone of intelligent equipment and “Internet +”gathered a number of powerful enterprises deeply engaged in the intelligence field, leading the industry to a new era of technological changes.

The intelligent garment production logistics equipment and intelligent clothing hanging system from Ningbo Sunrise, Cixing self-developed  automatic sweaters suturing system, intelligent fitting technology and big data analysis from Scokow Technology, have provided technical support to the intelligent manufacturing of garment enterprises.

The emergence of a group of service-oriented intelligent system for garment intelligent manufacturing equipment and overall solutions will contribute to the “intelligentization” upgrading of garment manufacturing, which will further drive the intelligent restructuring of garment enterprises in the aspects of design & development, supply chain management, retail distribution, and business mode.
