Transfer to Hengshui with N Reasons

The month of September brings Hengshui with fresh air and fragrance of grain, when the transfer matching conference was held by Beijing Garment Association on Spt. 20. In the anteroom of Hengshui industrial district, the reporter interviewed Director Yao Xingfu, who has took over the presidency recently.

VICUTU, one of China’s top 100 competitive garment enterprises, has transferred at Hengshui as early as two years ago and completed construction covering an area of 307 mu , with a total investment of 1.5 billion. It produces annually 900 thousand in order with 1.8 billion in sales. Hengshui New Industrial Park was listed as the single pilot industrial transfer park in the north. That, added with “One Belt and One Road” initiative, collecting triple advantages, could lead Hengshui to carry on the industrial transfer definitely.

As to geographical favorable position, he consider that in Beijing within a radius of 300 km, Hengshui is the most advantage, interweaving four railway and four highway, after Beijing-Hengshui high-speed opening, Hengshui will enter Beijing 1 hour economic circle to be one of low costs for enterprises. Industrial district land benchmark maximum price is 8 kind of land price, far less than that of Beijing and Tianjin or other large and medium-sized city. Water, electricity, labor, shopping, housing price has obvious comparative advantage. It would be considered case by case for potential investors, he said, as long as the enterprises want to come, any condition can be discussed. The other advantage of Hengshui is Hengshui Lake, which  undertake the world marathon because of its beautiful environment, passion of local people. The entering of more and more enterprises is the result of the ecological environment that is unique as the focus of entrepreneurs thinking.

Besides, he has interest interpretation about gracious human relation. Hengshui labor resources is the main body, with various types of more than 200 secondary schools, a planning area of 1400 mu comprehensive vocational education zone,which can train various kinds of technical personnel more than 50 thousand people, and migrant 30 thousand workers, they are potential human resources of industrial transfer, as well as labor output and training base of Beijing, Tianjin, Qingdao and so on. A large number of Hengshui people are engaged in garment industry in Beijing, Tianjin, not only skilled workers, but there are many successful small-business owners struggling in the garment field.

Reporters interviewed director Cai from VICUTU , who is Wen Zhou natives, why choose the his entrepreneurship in Hengshui, he replied without hesitation, production workers in Beijing garment enterprises mostly come from Hengshui, so it caused rising employee turnover

According to Ruan Weishi said, who is deputy secretary-general of Beijing garment association, there are 22 major director of the 33 registered enterprises at the matching conference by Sep. 15. On September 16, it showed a trend to boost the registration from Beijing enterprises up to 47, people surge to 125 , Hengshui industrial district like a magnet attracted many entrepreneurs and we believe that by the wind of the coordinated development of national integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region Hengshui will be the best choice to transfer, by Director Yao, the business will be better.
