One-stop Dyeing and Finishing Complete Solution Upgrades Efficiency and Stability

Since the operation commenced, the factory has utilized Fong’s jet dyeing machine, THEN’s airflow dyeing machine, THEN CHD chemical dispensing system and Monfort Fong’s stenter frame range. All the machines and system are computerized and centralized with Fong’s Viewtex control system.
Donghaipang equipped with THEN CHD, chemical dispensing system, which can manage 80 tons of chemicals per day. After Donghaipang applying THEN CHD, the chemical dispensing system, the cost effectiveness has been dramatically increased due to the automatic operation. It can minimize the batch difference, the human error for weighting and the waste of chemical in weighting process and in transportation as well as save manpower for operation. It can also avoid the accident caused by the contact of chemical and workers.
“It will be a global trend for dyeing factories transforming to automation mode of production, the use of intelligence and automation systems will become more and more common. Automation can improve the success of one-time dyeing rate by reducing the manual operation errors, which for example minimize the batch and shade differences caused by human error. It is easy for history checking as all information is stored in computer. In the meantime, the tight control of the consumption of auxiliaries can minimize the waste and therefore improve the production efficiency.” Mr. Li further explained.
In 2012, numerous industry manufacturers are on the sidelines when forecasting the market trend of the near future, but Donghaipang will continue to actively work with THEN. “From my point of view, I consider that the market situation would be just fair in the coming year.
