S&S devotes to advanced airjet towel loom

Yantai S&S Science and Technology Application Engineering Co., Ltd. will exhibit SAT airjet towel loom in the exhibition. It has some features as follows.
 
Energy conservation & High speed & High efficiency
 
It adopts towel reed-moving looping system, which can adjust loop height with the scope of 0-14 mm, and can weave long & short loop and wave loop. Every weft can be different in loop height, and can easily set loop cycle period. Looping height can realize infinitely variable adjustment to weave top grade towel.   
 
Stability and Reliability
One piece of whole wallboard is applied with good anti-vibration and reliability to ensure hyper-speed, broad width and less noise of the loom. Both stability and reliability of the weft insertion system are enhanced due to space narrowing down between auxiliary nozzles. With newly designed strong and tenacious framework, well balanced beating-up is realized through offcenter rockshaft upon little inertia moment. 20% reduction of earthshock is obtained due to the control of vibration (as compared with imports looms).
 
Energy-saving & Cost-reduction
The independently adjustable terminal auxiliary nozzle controlled by pressure enhances performance of weft insertion and reduce consumption of compressed air. Stable performance of weft insertion benefits from one air valve to work with two auxiliary nozzles, which contributes to less energy consumption by closing needless nozzles.
 
Intelligent & Humanization
It adopts new-type display screen, the Internet, communication technology and remote control, so as to realize the high intelligence of the whole machine, which provides superior operability to achieve high efficient weaving production.  
 
Main nozzles,auxiliary nozzles and profiled reed work together for weft insertion. High-frequency electromagnetic valve is given the order to open or close by CPU to conduct the jet timing control for nozzles. Standard-type auxiliary main nozzles are applied to interlock with the main nozzles.The weft will be accelerated under less air pressure to avoid any damage to it, which enables a stable operation with little broken picks, even for broad width weaving at high speed.
 
Auxiliary air bag, namely the breast beam, which is near to auxiliary nozzles, provides a shorter way in air supply to minimize frictional drag. The design is more adaptive to high-speed loom and also reduces 10% air consumption.
 
Electronic weft cut off device. There is an electronic weft cut off device (running together with reed seat) in airjet towel loom, which can better control weft cut off angle and prevent defective selvage. 
 
Electronic Take-up. Weft density setting can be done only by input through the multifunctional operation panel (no need to change gears), and the wide range of weft density is capable of handling more variety of textiles and the weft density is also changeable in a single weaving process.
 
Electronic Let-off. Tension sensors are used to detect any warp tension change, and warp let-off volume can be altered as per the rotary speed of the servomotor through a computer so as to adjust the warp tension. In addition, because of its simple mechanical structure with strong sensibility, it fits for any high speed and decorative-design fabrics.
