Haijia Machinery intends to expand overseas market

Qingdao Haijia Machinery Co., Ltd., well known as a leading domestic manufacture of textile machinery, was founded in 1995 with an area of 80 thousand square meters. As a large domestic equipment supplier of shuttless jet loom, Haijia Machinery has enjoyed the brilliant achievement with domestic market share in the first place for nearly ten years. Haijia Machinery not only gets foothold in domestic market, but also expands to international fields. On the occasion of INDO INTERTEX, the reporter of China Textile walked into the company to understand its preparation for the forthcoming exhibition.
There are a lot of differences between Indonesian market and India market, and the main point is that the quality requirement is much higher than that of Indian market. At present, with several years of development, domestic water jet looms have achieved great improvement in overall quality, while Haijia machinery is walking in the forefront among the numerous brands. There are so many water jet looms of Tsudakoma in Indonesia, which have been used for a long time and faced with replacement in a large scale, so the entire Indonesian market is still very broad. It will be a great opportunity for self-presentation in Indonesia for China’s brands, which must be preferred by Indonesian customers with high cost performance and excellent service. For Haijia Machinery, Indonesian market is a very important part in the whole overseas market of water jet loom. Haijia intends to exhibit weaving machine for Indonesian customers, and strengthens the collection of customer information to prepare for the follow-up work.
Haijia Machinery has made great efforts in product development and promotion. It has launched 300 series (851 series & 873 series), 400 series (408, 410 and 412 series), and 8100 series, among which 8100 series is the latest one produced after October, 2016, and will be promoted in technology, while the relatively mature 300 series and 400 series will be adjusted in order to meet the needs of different customers.
In the upcoming exhibition, Haijia Machinery will exhibit HJ-412 and HJ-8100 series water jet looms. HJ-8100 series water jet loom adopts integrated design of wall board with more optimized design in the frame part, to make the frame more stable, more efficient and better in fabric quality. Its optimized beating-up designing makes beating-up more stable and suitable for the fabric with high-density and higher speed. The top speed can reach 1400 RPM, and the highest weft density can be up to 82 shuttle/cm(208 per inch) for 75D fabric.
Technical parameters are as follows. Nominal reed space covers 150, 170, 190, 210, 230, 280, 300, 320, 340 and 360. The effective width is divided into standard width of 0- -500mm, and optional width of 0- -700mm. The quantity of nozzle covers single nozzle, double nozzle, three nozzle and four nozzle. The openings ways include plain, cam, dobby and jacquard way.
It’s the first time for Haijia Machinery to participate INDO INTERTEX, but there is no difference between Indonesian and China’s market about product positioning, because both the markets are focused on fabric quality. Although the effect of the exhibition is unknown, Haijia Machinery will use perfect products to prove their strength and win the favor of overseas customers.
