On July 28, ZFJ Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ZFJ") officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Huadong Industry Control Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HD Industry Control"). The signing marks a key step for ZFJ in deepening supply chain collaboration and promoting localized supporting procurement, while also signalling a new phase of integration between high-end textile machinery manufacturing and industrial control systems.

At the signing ceremony, Zhu Lvben, Chairman of HD Industry Control, outlined the company's capabilities in industrial control complete equipment, core technologies in intelligent control systems, internationally certified supporting capabilities, and industry chain cooperation plans, expressing strong interest in in-depth supporting and joint R&D. Lv Hongbin, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of ZFJ, introduced the company's years of accumulated expertise, full-range textile machinery manufacturing operations, and localized procurement needs. Both parties agreed that leveraging high-quality local industrial control resources would effectively reduce lead times and overall production costs. They expressed mutual commitment to establishing a long-term, stable partnership to jointly advance the intelligent transformation and upgrading of textile equipment.

During an open discussion, representatives from both sides exchanged views on product supporting, joint technical R&D, collaborative project applications, and day-to-day business coordination, reaching multiple consensus points in a productive atmosphere.

Witnessed by officials from Zhengzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, ZFJ and HD Industry Control formally signed the MOU. Under the agreement, the two parties will establish a three-year long-term partnership focusing on four key areas: stable localized supply chain supporting, integrated machine-electronic control joint innovation, joint applications for industry transformation and upgrading support projects, and a dual-tier communication mechanism at both executive and operational levels.

Wang Zhen, Deputy Director of the Economic Development Department of the High-tech Zone and Director of the Wutong Park Operation Centre, noted that high-end equipment manufacturing is a pillar industry of the zone. Promoting collaborative development and localized supporting among enterprises within the cluster is a core strategy for serving companies and strengthening the industrial ecosystem. The Administrative Committee of Zhengzhou High-tech Zone will continue to act as a bridge between government and enterprises, regularly organizing supply-demand matching and resource connection activities, fully leveraging industrial support policies, and providing ongoing coordination to resolve issues that arise during cooperation. He expressed the hope that the two companies would take this signing as a new starting point, deepen all-round collaboration, and set a benchmark for equipment manufacturing and industrial control supporting partnerships within the zone.

Moving forward, ZFJ will leverage this MOU as a foundation to deepen comprehensive collaboration with HD Industry Control, jointly establishing a model of excellence in high-end textile machinery manufacturing and industrial control supporting, and contributing to the security and controllability of China's textile industry and its high-end textile equipment.
