The General Administration of Customs of China has previously released import and export statistics for the first four months of this year, showing that textile exports amounted to 261.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.9%. Industry sources said that despite the good numbers, the current export products are relatively single, and masks and other pandemic prevention products are also included in sales. The pandemic prevention fabrics are among the best, while the export of ordinary clothing is only 205.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 20.2%.
